Christina Morales is an enterprise automation leader with over a decade of experience architecting and scaling intelligent automation programs within complex, regulated environments.
She began her technology career in 2012 as a Support Engineer, developing a deep operational understanding of enterprise software ecosystems. Recognizing early the strategic potential of robotic process automation, she pursued and earned her Blue Prism Developer certification, positioning herself at the forefront of emerging automation transformation initiatives.
She subsequently joined Roots Automation as a Junior Automation Developer, where she designed and deployed automation solutions for large insurance organizations. Her work focused on operational resiliency, compliance alignment, and measurable cost reduction at scale.
In 2022, Christina was appointed Senior Automation Developer and led the enterprise automation function at Shriners Children’s. In this role, she architected a scalable automation framework for clinical and administrative workflows, enabling standardized medical process optimization across the organization. Her leadership delivered substantial cost savings, improved throughput, and strengthened governance across systems.
In 2026, she founded Toro Automate to provide enterprise-grade, B2B automation strategy and implementation services. The firm partners with executive stakeholders to design resilient, scalable operational ecosystems that drive measurable ROI, margin expansion, and long-term digital maturity. As a focused technology venture, Toro Automate combines enterprise rigor with high-touch client engagement—ensuring strategic alignment, disciplined execution, and transformational outcomes.
